Our service is to make contact with a Senior to check that he/she is O.K.; that the Senior follows doctors orders and takes his/her medicines and that his/her needs are met.

After you have signed up for our service, see “How to Order”, we assign a specific person as a Personal contact for the daily calls. The person who signs up for our service, and who is the Primary contact, has the
option to accept our designated caller, or not, after a telephone conversation.

Our personal contacts have been trained for this type of calls. However, before she starts, she must have certain information available about the Senior. The information must be provided by the Primary contact.

1. The first task is to prepare a profile of the special needs, medications and interests of the Senior. (See: Get Started)

2. Once the Profile has been prepared, the Personal Attendant must be introduced to the Senior. The Primary contact will prepare the Senior for a
     call from the Personal contact who then makes the first telephone contact with the Senior.

3. During this initial telephone conversation between the Senior and his/her Personal contact, a time is agreed upon when our Personal contact should make the daily      call..

4. Our service starts.

What is the cost of the SeniorCallup service?

The cost is $ 39.95 a month for a daily call; $ 24.95 a month for a call every second day. $ 19.95 a month for a weekly call. No contract or initial fee, but a minimum of three months service is required.
